The Twilight of the Castles? The Residence and the City at the End of the Old Empire
Keynote Lecture as Part of the 2023 Spring School at the Hof | Music | City Research Center
From March 28 to 31, 2023, the Schwetzingen-based research center Hof | Musik | Stadt (internal link) will host a Spring School on source research in the music history of southwestern Germany around 1800. In addition to lectures by renowned experts, the program includes field trips that provide insights into archives and collections, are designed to familiarize participants with working with primary sources, and lead to locations in the region where music history comes to life.
The keynote lecture, which will take place as part of the Spring School, will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Eva-Bettina Krems (WWU Münster).
