Neuronale Repräsentation der Kommunikation von Emotionen
Trotz der großen Bedeutung von affektivem Ausdruck und emotionalen Inhalten in der menschlichen Kommunikation sind die neuronalen Grundlagen der Kommunikation von Emotionen weitgehend unklar. Mit dem Ziel einer Präzisierung des Wissens über die Repräsentation affektiver Aspekte der Kommunikation in kortikalen Aktivierungsmustern und neuronalen Netzen wurde die Verarbeitung und Integration sprachlicher, prosodischer, mimischer, bildlicher und akustischer affektiver Reize bei gesunden Probandinnen und Probanden und Personen mit Affektstörungen in einer Kombination von Verfahren mit hoher zeitlicher (EEG, MEG) und räumlicher (fMRT) Auflösung und Verfahren zur Abbildung biochemischer Prozesse (MR-Spektroskopie) untersucht.
