Workshop overview
Change has been a central topic in research across many disciplines. This workshop intends to connect scholars from different disciplines that investigate change, such as management and organization research, climate change research, physics, linguistics and biology. A central theme of the workshop are the insights generated by the ‘Routines.Research.Community’, which has been investigating change of organizational routines over the last two decades. The aim of the workshop, thus, is to stimulate a discussion about change across disciplinary boundaries and to transfer, synthesize and generate new knowledge about this important concept.
